What we have learnt

We are constantly reflecting on the work we do within the Growing Project to take stock of successes and challenges we encounter along the way, in order to evaluate and improve our practice.

Part of this reflection process has involved working with Dr. Jenny Peevers to produce yearly evaluation reports which examine the Growing Project using qualitative research. To produce these reports, Jenny spends time interviewing and observing sessions with Growing Project participants and staff. The evaluation process aims to provide insight and understanding of how transformative change is achieved through describing the practicalities of the what, the how and the why of different elements of the project.
