Following from the programme launch, Omer Eltigani will continue to present his research surrounding The Sudanese Kitchen with a food-based event. Alongside serving authentic Sudanese recipes passed down through generations, Omer will discuss the history of Sudan and its contemporary relationship to Britain, as well as the recent events in Khartoum, with invited guests.
